This is the sixth time I've tried to send you the info you asked for but I keep getting a 'Page Not Found' and when I click on the link it takes me to a funky page on Tech Guide Forum I've never seen before.  Please help!

I don't know what the heck is going on with the site tonight

Sorry, I had to get to bed last night so it's in the AM now.  I can't send attachments...I tried to the first time and for some reason it said I couldn't.  I'll try again this evening when I get home from work.
