Let me first state: I DO NOT DO MM's! DON'T OFFER TO MM FOR ME or DON'T OFFER TO USE ONE OF YOUR MMs.

Now to get that out of the way.
I am selling 23 million gp. I need this gone.

My prices are as follows.
If you buy less than 23 million, you pay 5 dollars per mil.
If you buy all 23 million, you pay 3.50 per mil.

We can do this anyway you'd like EXCEPT I WILL NOT GO FIRST. Sorry but I am very strict on that. You MUST be paypal verified with atleast 1 verified transation.
If you are insecure, we can do this mil by mil. It's your choice, as long as I get the money.
And if you are using paypal you will cover 3% of all paypal fees along with your payment.
Money orders are also accepted but it's up to you if you are up for the 5-7 day delay.

Rules:
No MM's
Be Mature
Paypal verified ONLY with atleast 1 verified transation.
My prices are firm but not solid. Higher offers get the money.

u can do a chargeback (u get ur money back) with paypal so hes at risk of getting scammed more than the buyer. so considering the circumstances id say the ppl buying are more likely scammers and not the seller

although devilman definatley isnt a scammer....   although there was that thing about pants lmao
