Title: New forum opening!

graphics market,general discussion and maybe a section for spam /tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' /> and much much more.
what im wondering is would anyone like to contribute to the site and also be mod or admin aswell
please post in if your interested in being a mod or admin or just contributing to the site.
if you want to become an admin or mod please post your experiences with other forums.

However I'm not too sure, I'd most likely rather work on my own site as I have complete assurance in myself, than work on someone elses project site if I do not know what they are capable of.

And also, it sounds like you're making your "friends" staff members. That is a very bad move, your site will be shunned badly, you should give those positions to people who prove they have an extremely resourceful knowledge of running these sort of sites, rather than people you think "own" or you like.

And you call it a "long term job". That makes it sound like they will actually take it seriously, if you are very serious about this you may want to consider hiring staff and paying them monthly rates.

Edit: And by the way, I hope you're not just signing up one of those nooby invision free forums and are buying a IBP board or setting your own one up on your own server or professional hosting? You will have to if you want a good successful site.

The reason i started this topic is for people to suggest companys that would be good for hosting and maybe a differant forum setting other that vbulletin i also want graphics designers etc a list of job openings will be posted later on today.any suggestions are welcome .

Listen I'm sure there's lots of people willing to help, but you'll mostly get a flood of newbs who run invision free forums and know [censored] all about running a website. You have to be willing to at least do stuff like paying for hosting and a domain name if you are going to run a successful site.
