Title: I am going to buy a new comp

I need a new computer one that is fast and can do a lot of multitasking.

I don't want to go over 1000.00 USD.

I think i definitly need 2gb of ram.

I say go for a mac mini...Macs are awesome and the mac mini is ultra portable...If your more into windows try configuring ur own hp or compaq, those are good computers for a good price

if you'r going for a custum built one, i would get these components

Intel core 2 duro CPU
2GB DDR RAM
200 GB HD
512 or 640 MB GFX card
32x Blaze DVD-RW
if you'r going for a new screen too : LG, 19 " LCD.

Find the right shops pure, and u can have all this for under 1K.
