Comes with what is in the bank pic below. Full rune + pick + 800 iron is worth at least 200k by itself. So add 200k to whatever u offer.

Has recovs, but the request to delete is pending. Add me to msn, its in my sig. I understanf if you want to wait until recovs are unset, so offer now and we will wait. If you dont want to wait that is fine too.
