ie "He's a geek with no life and a voice that sounds gay" or something like that. You all harass the active elites and moderators, but complain when you need one. Why don't you all be happy with elites and moderators that are active? Allanon is active, but a moderator is an important job, and sometimes busy. He doesn't want to be on the computer 24/7 to make some people happy.
He is trying as hard as possible, so please give him and other moderators a break. Also, Allanon CANNOT ban. He was not given that power.
