I bought a account from him about a month ago then he gave away the accounts agreement # and someone  took it from me he keeps saying hes gonna pay me but then he never pays he still owes me 3.2mil

what do u want some1 to do for u...no1 is gunna give u free stuff...u have to settle this urself with oleg

and i doubt hes a scammer...hes probly just hoping it'll all just go away...
