Yes - it's a program called "Use Strong Passwords Which You Don't Tell Anyone".
The following are all examples of WEAK passwords which are less use than ashtrays on motorcycles:
john566, password, computer, hogwarts, and hh&7Gt$u (but I told it to my little sister)
The following are all examples of STRONG passwords which will prevent any possibility of hackers grabbing your stuff (strongest last) :
j0Hn$66, pA5$w0rD, c0mPu+3r, hh&7Gt$u (and I told noone), Od8Bnp2h/., h4$h=t7iSutW4t!*
If you use a password like that last one, and use a DIFFERENT PASSWORD FOR EACH PLACE, then you will lose nothing. Never. Noone will bother with you because the passwords EVERYONE uses don't work. Trust me, as a system admin I know what passwords people use (and write down), and it ain't pretty. Don't try to tell me that you used different passwords for RuneScape and MSN, you didn't. And don't try to tell me they were great passwords that noone would ever guess, because they weren't. You weren't hacked, you were CRACKED, and it's your fault.

p.s. I have no idea what this means:
Bought Pbp Off Short Fuse (1m)- PureBlood MM'ed , -Successful

He asked for a program on how to detect and remove a possibly hacker, most likely an RAT, he did not ask for a lecture on how to create a password,
And in his signature, if u dont know what it means ask him, dont tell everywon, pm him and ask him, and it's also a transaction for the online game "runescape"
As for you'r problem toxic, i recommend running full system scans with you'r anti-virus, anti-spyware, also, please post a hijackthis log, it will make the problem easyer to solve,
Thanks,
Ryan.

I still believe it's FAR less likely to be a RAT and far MORE likely to be bad passwords used in multiple places. Generally well protected systems only have RATS installed when the owner WANTS them installed.
