if he would have transfered he would have been ip banned so fast they could just have banned other acc to..
smart thing I thing would be to just random dropped all items everywhere or give items to alot of friends .. and maybe if  there lucky they wont catch someone he gave to lol

I think this was on purpose by jagex to fix runescape's suffering economy...inflation FTW??
