Here Lets Make A Scenerio out of this-
Characters:
Petifile = Scammer
Family = The Tech Guide
Child = TTG Member
Authorities = Admins/Mods
A Petifile, goes to Central Park. He's just strolling around, checking people out. Then he comes across this family, their child, just dropped his ice cream on the ground, and the mom and dad are like, oh i can't believe you did that. So then Mr. Petifile goes in. He helps out, he even buys the kid another ice cream. Now this guy looks like your average everyday guy. So he meets the parents and the boy. Then the parents become friends with the petifile, not knowing what who he really is. They invite him to dinner, and to hang out. After a month, the petifile seems to have gained trust with the family. Then one day, the fair is in town, and the family invites Mr. Petifile to go with them. So then everybody gets something to eat, and the parent's get "the runs" and have to go to the bathroom, leaving the little boy with the petifile. So then Mr. Petifile is all alone, and knows its time to make his move. He takes the little boy and violates him. Then he just leaves, the little boy is now back with him mom and dad, and is crying. Now the parents feel ashamed and angry. They call the Authorities, and the man is put in jail for the for 20 years. The family will never be the same agian, and now the child will be haunted with this the rest of his life.
Lets say the Petifile is let out of jail for "good behavior", now he goes back to the family that called him in. He kills the dad. Rapes the mom, kills her. And molests the boy, and also kills him. The authorities thought they could trust him, but he just covered himself up to trick them, because really he never changed.
Bet you never thought of scammers that way did you? Do you wanna get violeted TTG? Do You? Or Are You Going to Help Prevent From Getting Violated?
This is whats happening...And we gotta put an end to it, NOW!

I believe that TTG Mods/Admins aren't doing enough to help stop this...And Maybe if we get enough people to agree, we can help make TTG A better place to do Runescape stuff...

And You Scammed 1M From RSGOD
Then they let Me Back on TTG...And Not You...That wouldn't be fair... it's ban them all and never let them come back... or let them all stay and let the site go to [censored]....
I'm thinking you people that are saying give them a second chance have either scammed, or are thinking about it. B/c there is no excuse for it... and I dont think you people know that this is exactly like the story...

i say that you shoudl put a MANDATORY sign in there sig that says "I AM A KNOWN SCAMMER - BEWARE!" or something along those lines...and not just for that username, all other usernames registered before or after under that IP address. That would still let them trade (altough not as easily) and would also let others know of there history

i have a screenshot of a certian person ADMITTING that they scam all the time, and another one of the same person tell me that they would give me 15m if i didnt report them...ive givin this person 2 weeks to deliver, and now ive decided its not wort it and i need to turn them in...but the screennshots arent on this comp
