hey dude as far as i know its free to sign up for paypal you just cannot buy anything till you add funds so are  you offering them with fundys or what??

to me it sounds like
you want to get on someone elses paypal account and make it a member ( sends moer money in a month or whatever ) and do that for 700k? but you want them to give you money first ?
am i nailin it ?

I don't care if they go first or not, they can use a mm such as you if they wish, they give me their pass i go on my paypal and pay for that acc

First of all, pay by phone is cheaper AND he could easily charge back like that. It's the same thing. Paypal is Paypal, Could easily get scammed with a charge back
