Title: Why are all the scammers unbanned?!

Yes i see that all the recent scammers who had been banned are now back but why?! All they are going to do is start scamming all overagain and others are just flammin the shiht out of us.

aldemfattiesgotohell, xicor, dogman, and some others but they have been rebanned now.

First, how were they banned?  If it showed banned under their member name, then there's no reason why it would unban them.

If they were just suspended (something moderators can do), it doesn't show as banned under their name, and the suspension could have expired or perhaps something happened during the last forum upgrade and it forgot the suspensions (suspensions are designed to be temporary, though with an expiration year decades in the future, it may as well be permanent).
