is there a way of integrating the new xp icon format (24bit+8bit alpha) in win2k ?

like replacing explorer.exe or shell32.dll or working around with a hex editor ...

i know that u cant rename the explorer because i have tried that  but i have not tried hex editing it or rename the shell32 dll file. but i will try the shell on my 2000 server and i will get back to u
