I watched one called Tourette de france on BBC about 11:00pm and they were in a bus shouting cunt and bomb while going through London, then the guide who also had tourettes kept saying your mums a slag in the church

You realize he actually doesn't have Tourette's Syndrome? For one, coprolalia (The shouting of swear words) is actually only in about 15% of tourett'es Syndrome sufferer's. Also, the tic's of it are partly controllable. People with coprolalia can hold back their ticks; not forever, but maybe for an hour. He is obviously faking. And also, his swearing is totally different than someone who actually has coprolalia. They are usually set off by a specific word; for example, if you say duck, they have a sudden urge to say...well... something that rhymes with duck. They dont just "sprinkle" swear words throughout their sentences. (end rant)
