I say yes.  Many of you know him from teamspeak, others I'm guessing don't know him at all, because he unlike some others trying to get elite, doesn't spam the forums with useless posts and only posts where he feels it necessary.  He has the qualities, I believe, to become an elite and is one of the few people I would honestly recommend.

No he is on forum alot.... I guess i recomend i don't think he will scam people at ttg

I think this site is turning into a popularity contest instead of a rs2 trading site. The new rule should be if people with power like you your in, because thats whats going on now. I think the new mm's are interested in being "Famous" so to speak here on ttg, When what they should be is helpful, its actually pretty funny.
