With quite a bit of work it can be an awesome roon pure, but you(or the prev owner) should've left it as a tank. with max 30 atk n str.

They don't mess it up at all, I geuss you aren't familar with runescapes combat system? The range levels out combat the melee levels, the only thing they could have done is add hp experience.  Go play around with the combat calculator at tip.it, its in special calcs.
