By lots of hard work, including building multiple servers, going through much troubleshooting with the OS installs (currently runs CentOS 4 64bit), moving the site between new server installs, plus of course installing the forum and integrating it with the rest of the site.

Oh, you mean like what search term?  I searched for josetann's forum without quotes.
