I was wondering if im a lvl 78 with 45 prayer and 50 range and 60 mage what would it cost to get fire cape and is it possible

Can you say pwnt by totz jakd (or whatever it is) pl0x? Sorry man, that's pretty much impossible for fire cape you really need 95+ cb and 75+ range and even then it's hard.

get 70 range and it can be done

i saw a lvl 51 with 71 range do it
and a lvl 45 wit 60somethign range do it
