Title: CPU Temperture

Everytime i run a Counter strike 1.6, my cpu temp went from a 45 C to a whooping 70+ C, is there any way i can cool this down??


I have a:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ processor
and my processor speed is only 2210.9 MHZ Or 2.21GHZ right now, is there a way to increase this without raising the temp, because it it runs around 50+ Celsuis, it degrade my processor and shorten it life
