Title: How do I sell an account?

I put my account up on ebay, but they removed it /sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />

Is there a way I can sell it for real money without being scammed?

I have an idea how I could do it.
 I could sell a joke on ebay, no reference to the runescape account and someone here who may want to buy it can purchase it off ebay with paypal would this work?

you can do it on thetechguide and sell it with paypal... thats it its free and fast...

Okay, how do I go about doing this, so that I wont be scammed, and so the buyer will not feel like he might get scammed?

I have quit RS and would like something back for all of those hours...

I would go with ebay this site is like 80% of getting scammed lol..

Do the joke thing and if someone bids msg them or tell them to add you on msn incase it gets removed you will get so much more on ebay then on here..

 I sold my main on ebay for like 125 and bought 20m..

on here i would have got like 5m lmao!

That's what I did last time.. I had a joke for sale, I had all kinds of disclaimers... but they still removed it!
there was even bids on it!


I'm afraid I might get in trouble if I list it again...

i put mine for sale like 3 times lol then i just did a 1 day auction

Anyways my guys is LVL 71, but here are some of his better stats

Fletching: 70

Mining: 64

Wood cutting: 62

Smithing: 54

Crafting: 45

Prayer: 41

HP: 61  

Attack: 62

Defense: 58

Strength: 59

Cooking-Fishing: 55

Rune crafting: 43

The rest are pretty much below  LVL 40

I had it on ebay for starting bid of $30, someone had bid on it too!

It also has 980k GP in the bank plus about 5 sets of rune armour and all of my other stuff probably worth over 5Million GP!

What do you think is a good price?

i got a permanent IP ban from trying to sell a runescape accnt...now i cant use eBay ever again

the only way to do it now is to get a new paypal accnt, bank accnt, credit card, mailing address, and name

and on top of that, u have to use a proxy for the rest of your life...

Well for some reason I don't see list for one day...

I think they removed my ability!

Because it would be so easy for someone to scam you it's not funny!

If I gave my paypal info out for someone to buy it, they might think I'll just walk away with the $30, so I don't see how it could sell!

I have seen MM used a lot, but really I don't see what they do?

Yea I was on eBay last night contemplating on selling my main, but then there was a huge amount of Runescape account auctions taken off, so now I'm looking at selling it somewhere else or trying a one day auction with a reserve.

no the buyer and seller each give there side of the deal to the mm and the mm distributes evenly...So yea if you dont understand that then i dont know how else to explain it..if you were to use a mm you would give him account and the buyer whomever that is will give him the gp and then it will change hands..

read the first post crackhead....hes selling for paypal...the buyer doesnt give the MM paypal...because then the MM has to pay fees...

the seller gives MM info, MM verifies, buyer pays seller through paypal, then the MM gives buyer info
