Im going to be offering this service for 20m, 5m to start, 5m more at lvl 85 and the rest at 99. I can only do one account at a time and it should take me about 2 weeks depending on your starting lvl (also if starting lvl is above 80 I will knock 5m off the cost). I play almost all day because I am out of work from an injury right now so your lvl will increase very rapidly. I do pyramid plunder which i can raise over 1m exp a day in (about 150-180k an hour or more depending on lvl). I will be providing a pharaos scepter for easy banking and it will be left on the account for later use at no additional charge. I will also need access to 1k lobs and if more food is needed I will provide the rest at no additional charge. If you need to keep items on another account thats fine, im an honest guy and enjoy the thieving skill, so if you would like to take advantage of my service let me know. Also if you would just like me to raise to a certain lvl other than 99 lmk and I will quote you a price. Thanks, and like I said first come first serve, I can only do one at a time unless its a small job. (minimum lvl requirement of 21 thieving)
