Title: Why was my thread locked?

My thread "Good, free animated signatures" was locked, and I don't  think there was any reason for it.

Can the mod who locked it please post here with an answer? thanks.

All I was doing was providing a free service.. I had to sign off for a while and when I come back my thread is locked? Thanks..

Anyways, I just need an answer.

i was wondering the same thing btw is it posible u can make the flame  and the lightning in my pic move?

Not atm, but I will once I update my picture software(using an old bersion of photoshop elements right now because I am on another comp(not mine atm.)
