umm i just wanted to know before i sign up for it...i would be using it for runescape as well as other things...but can you move this to the proper forum cuz i didnt kno which to put it in.

yea but you can not buy stoof if you dont register a cc or a bank account because you will not be verifyed which could mean your a scammer or something lol not saying that you are hear -.-

so like i couldnt get money sent there from a website that i earn money off of and use it here?

no cuz you need to have a cc or bank account registered on it i tired it the first time told my mate to give me some cash from hes account and then i would click buy it now and it would say please register a cc or bank account

well idk try asking lol cuz paypal is one of the eastest ways to scamm people here -.- you send them the money and in like 3 days it would be gone cuz you could report it that you did not waste anything on it -.-
