Soz. I accidentally put it into a .Zip file, and it uploaded as a .Rar file /sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />

wtf...its in application format...i highly doubt that this is a GUIDE.

and i can't scan because it says the file is damaged.

This is not all of the guide, just little snips of it. And the reason there was an app in with it was becasue RS Demon is an application, like a bunch of your own personal RuneHq (http://\"http://www.runehq.com\") calculators.
