Requirements:

Combat Level=3
Fishing Level=76+
Woodchopping Level=75+
Fletching=Must be able to make Yew Longs...
Crafting=30+
No Bank Pin!
No Recovery Questions!
Must be member!

I am willing to pay up to 5.6M depending on the stats...

On the messengers, I will ask you to post me a picture of the stats and prove that there is no bank pin or recoveries.
Then I will decide on the price that I will pay you.
