not 100 but he lvl 97 pretty close to what you want not loking for much for him maybe 7 to 8 mill

77 mage--close to lvling
76 range
85 fletching
all other stats cept hunting(1) construction (44) and herblore (49) above 50, and most above 60 or 70
like 1600 all stats i think....
got like 3 mill items on him, and hes done all the major quests (all the free world, and all the members cept the gay lil ones that dont matter) its like 8 more quests for the quest cape
he has all the quest items still and the r4d glove (ownage)
he has tons of seeds, and if you get him no1 will think your me cause he hasnt been played in like 8 months. might be 2 your advantage since i helped a bunch of ppl out and they will wanna help you back
