Title: Help with Boot Screen...

I can not make the boot screen I downloaded work.
I followed the instruction step by step but no way.
I know how to do it I have a boot screen I make myself and it is working, but if I install in dos a boot screen I download the computer hang on just before start the boot screen.
I tried to install BootXP v2.1 to see if I could get the problem fixed, the program is working fine but I still have problem with colors they are not right. Actually for a second is possible to see the picture with the right colors and after it switches to the wrong colors.
I think it may be some problem with the palette or something like that because if I put the Bmp file from the downloaded boot screen in my ntoskrnl.exe they work but the color are not right.
If anybody can help me I really appreciated.

Make sure that your Picture is in 16 color bitmap in order for that to work properly.
