you download the glider from www.wowglider.com (http://\"http://www.wowglider.com\") with teh key you can work the glider for more than 10 minits cause the trial version only lets you go for like 10 minits.

--you wont get banned unless you glide for like 4 days straight. just do it for 5 hours every day and not all at once.

if you dont know-what a glider does is you set it up and it will train your character when ur not controlling it. all does it by itself.

WE will use an MM unless you wanna go first. and i would trust me if i were you since i play runescape not wow anymore and dont need this.

wuts a glider i couldnt understand and u have to be on it for 5 hours a day?? only geeks with no lifes would do dat
