Look at the attachment. how do I get the color around the names to go away?

1. On the desktop, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
3. On the Advanced tab, click Settings under Performance.
4. Click to clear the Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop check box, click Apply, and then click OK two times.
5. Close Control Panel.

I did that but it still has blue around it

Adding to Everlasting Death's step

First Right click an empty spot on the desktop and select Properties
Select Desktop>>Customize Desktop>>Web
Uncheck or Check "Lock Desktop Items"
Ok and apply it

Then go back to Everlasting Deaths steps and either check or uncheck
