Title: Runescape Lottery
Post by: Oleg on March 10, 2007, 02:06:56 PM: Due to my recent lose of all my money, I got a new idea I would like to try. Everyone knows how a lottery works: 10 people buy tickets, and 1 wins. So this is what im thinking off. 10 people. 100K a ticket. You can buy as many tickets as you please to increase your chances, but no more then 3 tickets per. What do I get out of this? I will deduct a 10 % fee of the win. So if you win 1M, you will actually recive 900k. This is how the drawing will be done: I will write down each name on different post it, and I will pull one out from the bag and that will be the winer!

i think a ttg lottery would be kool too...but only if it was ackoledged as "The Official TTG Lottery"...and ran by a mod

otherwise...every1 will just say SCAM and wont play

this is his idea for a lotery i think he should run it untill someone says he scammed

like a probation..ill put up 100k to ya oleg to start ya out

i think your doing a good service to us as well as others

and btw...anyone whos been scammed that much knows the loss and 1mil becomes nothing to the person anymore

and if an mm runs it i think oleg should recieve profits from it

this is just an overall bad idea, its been tried on rs2mm and didnt work, only place im aware of it working is projekt runescape and its free to enter there

srry if this idea went through someone way more trusted would have to do because its just a scam waiting to happen
