All you do is go to The Scar Forums (http://\"http://www.scarforums.co.nr\"), and sign up for an account. After that, all you do is post in either of the 2 threads named "Lottery for Referring Users!" and put this:
Hi, I'm (insert TTG name here). I'd like to enter the lottery, and I state that I will be at least a little active.
How it works:
So I'm gonna hold a drawing.
The users you refer effects how many names you get put into the drawing.
Referred Users / How Many Names Are Put In
1 / 1
3 / 2
5 / 3
8 / 4
and lastly
10 / 5
How much will the drawing be? Idk yet, so lets have it at...... 500k RS2GP for starters.
Once I feel that enough users have signed up and became a bit active, I will actually hold the drawing, using real slips of paper in a real hat. Very fair, Very just. If you would like, I could have a MM(who cannot enter the contest) hold the money while we are doing the drawing.
All this just for referring people!
Rules:
1) You must be able to prove you did not just sign up a bunch of new users.
2) I WILL IP CHECK ALL(or most) NEW USERS, so don't try and pull any funny stuff
3) Do whatever you can to get people to join and be active.
