just wondering what a "staker" character was....

Someone  who can own people at duel arena for people staking puting up money before you try it go to duel arena and play for ful against your levels and that with maxium armor and see how good you are at it.

err i dunno.... does it really matter how intelligent i am with knowing types of characters to be an elite?
