Title: outlook 2003

I have several users whose outlook keeps going offline for no apparent reason. They will be logged in with outlook sending and receiving fine then the next time they look it will say offline. I have checked all the setting for offline folders but can’t find any reason why it should be doing this.

Goto email accounts, select Exchange Server and click Change. Click More Settings... and go to the Advanced Tab. Half way down the property page is the Cached Exchange Mode Settings. Uncheck if it is checked and restart Outlook
