Try Eudemons Online. It's updated often and has fun events. The company (TQ) actually listens to players unlike Fagex.
It's an open-pk game though. Only if you like competition and pking.
Join when a new server is released. (You can't switch servers so new servers are fresh, unlike rs)

Corum Online is a new 1. I tried it but it's all run on one server which was REALLY crowded on the release date, idk how bad it is now.

I myself am not joining back Eudemons until the 3rd class comes out. (Paladins) As of now, there is only warrior and mage.

Maybe you can look into Mu Online-Forsaken.
