I do req payment.
I will do 100k rs2 cash for anything thats 10+ levels. I do it for that low cause im addicted to the game and its fun.
I will do PvP HOnor and Marks for rs2 gold to. Any amount 200k
I will do reputation for 250k

blizzard is more strict then RS, not to mention their detection (i hate warden) and tracking systems are much, much more advanced then RS. If you are smart about getting a powerlevel, the powerleveler is good at what they do, and you take precautions, you should be fine.
precautions as in, change your pw, use a subscription card, have the person start powerleveling your account 12-24 hrs since your last login, not login at all while he powerlevels, and wait at least for a day before actually getting on. this would include logging into their site, as that also logs your IP.
the time difference for logging in before/after the powerleveling should change depending on where you and the powerlevel are located.
i would say do not powerlevel more then 2-3 times on the same account, if that. if you have an ip that has a pattern of changing that also directly changes with the amount of time played on the account (3-5 hrs on one ip address avr., then 12-24hrs on the 2nd ip address avrg) makes detection a much greater risk.
ive gotten my WoW accnt powerleved 2 times, each time having no problems.
if you are carefull about powerleveling then your risks are usually very low.
does the price very depending on current lvl? u said 100k for 10 lvls, so like 100k for 60-70, 100k for 1-10, and 100k for 33-43?
EDIT: ok, could u either post your name or msg me on Aim (my screenname is letallis)? Ive recently started playing RS to get gold for a character on wow (i got banned for using syndrome), but now this is interesting me more n more...
