Title: buying runescape classic account

i got 8.3m to spend on a runescape classic account, i would prefer the account be level 3 and has at least 100k in cash or items on the runescapw classic character.  remember to post pics of the stats and proof thats it can play runescape classic.  really trsuted mm will be used.
