If u appealed and they declined it then there is nothing u can do thats what happened to my 112 cause once ur banned and u appeal and it gets declined it gets deleted from rs's database and also is nolonger on the highscores

I can do it,

If i fail, They save your score but you can still appeal to get it back. It depends how hard of evidence u have.

it wasnt my i.p. when it got banned..
