Title: Recomend Vista?

Hey im thinking about either installing vista on my computer or buying a new one its got the specs and everything and id only have to fork up about 175$ so should i install it or buy a new computer? And also what are some flaws with vista that xp does better. Ive heard about vista having a lot of problems at some convention it blue screened and stuff so should i still install it?

I here it sucks, but it's good for movies, and music, but for games and everything els it sucks.

Scot Windows vista does not suck at all. I LOVE IT. If you got the specs just install on the  computer you have now... i recomend more then 1 gb of ram and a fairly good video card

Windows vista is only for fast comps it requires 1gb of memory if u were to play a game it would freeze

Well i know that pureblood uses it cause ive seen pics of his desktop lol. He says its good and my comp does have the min specs. I can always buy more ram and for the vid card its about the best one i know of. So i may just buy it and try it on my laptop then on my desktop

It proberbly has alot of bugs on it at the moment..So i would reccomend it in a couple of months atleast.

i heard its really bad from a lot of people, but i have vista ultimate and i dont think it is too much different from xp, but i love it. the only thing i dont like is the compadibilty with xp programs, some work, but most do not. but other than that its great

Personaly i hate it. Ok so alot of programs are uncompatable with it and its just a pain in the ass. I lags out if you dont have amazing stats. ( i have on laptop)

Yeah it does lag some for me and i have a fairly good comp.... Amd 5200+ dual core 2.6 ghz and 2gb ram
