Title: Need Free Acc Plz

I am new to this forum but i rly would like to ask anyone who is quiting or something if i could have a free acc.
I had a lvl 95 DeweyDaClown that was just hacked, i lost the account and everything on it inc. full dragon, red phat, and 130m cash, etc.
If someone could plz help me out it would be rly apprectaited.

Just bc i am new here does not mean i am a liar, i put alot of work into this acc and someone stole it, i just would rly like a new acc around its level so i dont have to start from scratch, so plz dont send comments when u do not know what is true, ty

does everytime someone new join they have to be a liar, u can check the account on runescape, i put alot of work into and some one hacked it, i just dont want to waste the time starting a brand new account from scratch again, maybe all of u r mad bc u havent had that much, not stop spamming my thread saying im a liar, ty

everyone else starts from scratch i didnt get a FREE account when i started playing rs and when i got hacked i had to work extra hard to get through it

I know everyone starts from scrtach, i did with deweydaclown but i rly dont want to waste the time to get a brand new account to where deweydaclown was.
So i just asking if some is quitting or something if they would be kind enough to let me have a free account, they can have all the stuff, i just rly dont want to work from the begginng back to where dewey was again.
