Bought Windows Vista Ultimate just now for $260 and it turned out that my BIOS/motherboard is outdated. Tried to update it, screwed it up, Found the file on the floppy disk then it wouldnt load... So yeah, Already opened it... cant return... Gotta go buy a new motherboard tomorrow.... *tear*

Get an ASUS Motherboard.  My computer has a 1 year old Asus A8NE, and it runs Vista perfectly.

lol whats vista..... its microsoft vista to be exact but ya as mentioned above its the most updated version of windows.
