Title: Question about paypal

My account is verfied and such, bank account is properly setup, yet wenever i try to withdraw cash it "fails" after the 7 day period. Even when i try 5 cents, it still fails. Any support? Should i delete the bank account and then put it back on?

um make sure you have money in there....like useable money thats under "usuable funds" not "account balance"

and did your parents co-sign for it? that might be a problem if they did
