As you know, at my service you don't need guthans.
Though I don't supply the stuff you do need.
The amount of capes done for TheTechGuide will be displayed in my signature.

~ Prices ~
[color=\"#FF0000\"]My price are high. But I guarantee your cape.
I'm not new in doing Fire Capes.[/color]

[color=\"#FF0000\"]Standard Price : 8m
IF 70+ Defence 4m OFF
IF 80+ Ranged 1m OFF
IF 90+ Ranged 1.5m OFF

For an example, if you have 99 Ranged and 70 Defence it's:
8m - 4m - 1.5m = 2.5m

So not 1m AND 1.5m off price. Just either the 80+ or 90+ one.[/color]

~ Requirements ~
[color=\"#FF0000\"]45+ Defence (Sorry can't supply the stuff for 1 Defence, and I doubt anybody supplies that)
70+ Ranged (Lower if you pay REALLY well.)
43+ Prayer (Higher is always better.)[/color]

~ Stuff ~
[color=\"#FF0000\"]2 Crystal Bows OR Karils Crossbow with 3k+ Bolt Racks
Black Dragonhide OR Karils Leathertop and skirt.
Amulet of Glory
Any Cape (99 cape prefered cause it gives +5 pray bonus)
Any Boots (Snakeskin or Rangers prefered)
Any Ring
15-20 Super Restores (4). (Depends on your stats)
1-2 Ranged Pots. (Depends on your stats)
4-8 Sara Brews. (Depends on your stats)[/color]

With that stats you simply need ranger set and fury. Or you'll run outta super restores. And I still doubt anyone supplies it. So I'm sorry.
