The concept is quite simple, but some new members may be asking "wtf is a mm?!"
Well, a Middle Man is someone who helps prevent scams from both sides, they can middle man real items, Member Pins, and most popularly, accounts. Heres a nice example...
Player1 is selling a lvl 100 account, and Player2 is buying it for 15m. MiddleMan is the MM. Wondering if you can trust that fool selling you this account? Well, no need, you can use a middle man who will check for the correct password, unset recovery questions/Bank Pin, and check for certain desirable quests/items... So it goes like this...
Player2- Gives 15m to MiddleMan
MiddleMan- Shows money to Player1
Player1- Gives info to MiddleMan
MiddleMan- Changes info/Checks stuff
MiddleMan- Gives account to Player2
MiddleMan- Gives money to Player1

All transfers below 500k are a 20k charge
Item Transfers are a way of getting your money from one account to another without drop trading or multiple logging, which gives a high risk of being banned. So... the Transferer gets the money from one account and trades it to another account, very simple.
