Got all the requirements for dt apart from 53 Thieving, and Temple of Ikov.
Lost City done.
59 Combat.

Probably 2.5-3mill max because of the mage, the 10def will hurt u down the road and turn alot of people off :s

if u raised rang u could raise str higher and sell for more. . . decent account id say about 4-5m cuz of mage. . . also if u did dt u could get another 1-2m out of it. . .

The mage owns like crazy. Its worth around 10mil I bet. Probably more.

Get mage to 94 and def 20 ( for mystic/iniate ) and gt str like 70+ and range 70+

That would be a leet acc and also 34 prayer

id pay about 5m 10 def is a downer but its not the end u can always pc a few levels so it cancels out pray to 31 mite add a bit of value tho

put pray to 13 so u can still stake it wont cb lvl u either. also u got 11 prayer due to preist in peril dt requirment right? I d bid on the acc if it was selling

i woud say like 6-10mil couse mage but yeah that def hurt's it &maybe prayer too idk

It has now started Desert Treasure, and no I am not selling I am getting this account to at least 65 Strength, and 75 Range before I sell.

Oh and Btw, 60K from 88 Magic =]
