Title: need a good pker

i am looking for an account that has 94 mage or higher good defense would help i am willing to pay rs money or rl money cash for it must be a trusted user and  must not have any bans but willing to talk about it would be better with no recovery questions

i have 1 like lvl 70 pure mage and his cb wouldnt go up when i started to trian melee so  hes the ultimate pker with d weaps and ice barrage at lvl 70

i have a gd staker as well lvl 83 hes gt gd melee stats accept range and had very gd non member stats
