i sent a request to jagex about an account i forgot pass didnt log in long time and they still havent accepted/declined it in 4 days and its a member. is this suppose to happen? i do this with my other account to cancel recoverys and it only takes 15 mins (there all members) but this 1 took 4 days any one know wats wrong? ' of course if u r a member u will be given prioty support. ' --idiots.

Its supposed to take 5-15 minutes...depends on daytime..[GMT]

They gave me 1 appeal to unlock my account I just bought...since too many IP changes...and I didn't know the first pass so they wont open it /sleep.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'-_-\' />
They're idiots, they should burn..

accepted after 5 days.... got locked..... accepted from being locked again after 20mins
