the non-combat stats are:

55 fletch
50 firemaking

and many more decent levels

Lost City - DDS + D Long
Horror From The Deep - Prayer Book
Plague City - Ardy Tele
Death Plateau - Climb boots
Dwarf Multi Cannon - Cannon, Durr?? lol
All Quests For DT Except Temple Of Ikov And Troll Stronghold

(reason i am leaving this stuff on it is because it is non memb and i don't wanna waste Â£5 just to xfer the stuff lol)

is respected in wild - never teled, pjed etc.

20k from 61 attack - so you won't accidently get it lol

Sorry there are no pics, rs is blocked for me atm therefore i can't go on and take the pics lol.

I am looking for around 30m or something as i believe the account is a great pure and it already has like 20m worth of stuff lol.

thats not much tbh seeing as 5m was spent on mage and skills anyways lol
