runescape seller also known as bballer2900g, is selling this account. he blocked out range

It's lvl 119 as u can see he sent me a privet msg. i asked him to send me the range lvl.

if u cant see the small pic stats are 99 mage 99 pray 98 att 94 mage 74 range 91 def str 99.
I asked him wat lvl is it as u can see above he says lvl 119 and i did calc and found out its 122 he cant lvl up 3 times from 119-122 in 2 days.


I hate how people be nice to be like kmuk, and this guy and at end they turn out to be bad
