Third topic about selling this account! After some thoughts and experience, it is just too hard to sell an account for so much money, therefore I am wanting RS GP. I will use an OFFICIAL MM that has PLENTY of history involving high level accounts and money trades.

Information about the Account:
Minimum Amount Wanted: 400M+ (in money or rares)
The account has the Fire Cape, Barrow Gloves and 187QP's.
Some of the accounts top stats are:
99 Crafting
85+ Smithing
94+ Mage
85+ Range
85+ Slayer
82+ Herblore
75+ Construction
The price of 99 Crafting costs over 100M, 92+ Prayer costs over 100M and.... you get the point.

The account will come with the basics including Guthans, Super Sets (and other potions), Sharks and Runes. The account has around 40M+ in items, which simple said, are a pain to sell.
How I want the Trade to go:
1) Me and someone agrees on a price.
2) We both agree on a MM and take the necessary precautions to make sure that is the actual person.
3) When we are all ready, I will give the MM the level 125 username and password. He/she verifies that it is a level 125 and has the guaranteed stats.
4) The Buyer gives the 400M+ to the MM.
5) Once I know the MM has the 400M+, I give the buyer the username, password, secret questions and BANK PIN. The Buyer verifies they are the correct username, password, secret questions and BANK PIN.
6) Once the MM knows the Buyer has the account, the MM'er gives me the 400M+.
7) We make sure is everything is how it should be.
8) We should be finished.
Rules:
If ANYONE logs out during the trade, I will stop everything (expect when the MM and Buyer checks the account).
When the MM and Buyer is checking the account, you must take no longer than 60 seconds (includes keeping Public, Private Talk and Trades OFF).
Me, the Buyer and MM MUST be logged in Runescape at all times when the Trade is in process.
