My computers messed up and I'm a tech guy. I'm lost.

Okay, so I brought my computer home after having it in the trunk. I hooked it up as usually and the monitor is black. As in it shows no connection to the computer. I know its not the monitor OR the video card because i tested the monitor with a different video card and it still didn't work but I tested another monitor with both video cards and it didn't work. Both monitors work, both video cards work, but no video. I can turn on my computer and it will start but I see nothing. My video card is connected directly to the power supply. I have a sufficient power supply. I custom built the computer so I'm not stupid. I did everything right. Not sure what happened. Maybe the AGP slots bad or magnet damage or something. Nothing appears to be wrong with it except no video, jumpers are right, ect... Also, instead of turning back off instantly when messing with it to see if it'd work after adjustments, it would take the whole 5-second hold on the power button. Normally it turns off instantly while in the early stage of booting.
So I don't know. I'm lost. Any help is appreciated.

Something inside may of shook loose
I would open the inside and check all connections, reseat Ram, etc...
Check the cables also, no bent pins and such coming from monitor?

I know is not the monitor and its not the video card because I tested both. I opened it up but no visible damage. I'm guessing its a MB problem.
